Another week and another series of match wins for Lloyd Glasspool on the ITF Tour. The British player turned 22 a few weeks ago and the last 6 months have been very successful indeed. Lloyd had his breakthrough in a $15k Irish Open reaching the final at the end of July. Since then he has won ITF Futures tournaments in Greece and Tunisia.
Glasspool is now on an 8 match unbeaten run in El Kantaoui, Tunisia as he defeats 3rd seed Ortega-Olmedo to reach tomorrow's semi-finals.
Now with an education behind him and gaining experience all the time it will be exciting to see how far this 22 year old Brit can climb up the ATP rankings. Lloyd is about to crack into the ATP top 500 in singles and top 400 doubles. I think he is more than capable of reaching the ATP top 250 in 2016 with consistency and if he can reach the Challenger circuit level then anything is possible.
